After a lovely evening visiting friends on their Super Maramu 2000 (just like ours), we finally got a weather window to move to a new place. We sailed south to Riviera Sans, where we bought fuel and I found seaglass ate the beach there. We had planned to stop at this location for the night. Instead, we decided to continue on to ile des Saintes, a group of islands owned by Guadeloupe. We spent the night at a small anchorage near the main harbour. Early the next morning we took the looong way to our destination, as the captain wanted to tack his way in. We successfully grabbed a mooring ball on the second try. It's not as easy as it looks. We made it! -through two days of spicy sailing in less than ideal conditions, with no illness! I am sooo happy!!
