Jardin Botanique, a Beautiful Paradise

We found out that there was a van that would pick us up and take us to the Botanical Garden. I knew that I saw a sign somewhere...

Luckily, we stumbled upon the sign with the phone number for pickup. So, we called. They had to find someone who spoke English. We waited, then got cut off. We called again. They found someone to talk to us! Finally, they sent the van to pick us up. The driver did not speak English. Oh well. He did get us to the garden, though.

The gardens were beautiful! We spent several hours there, walking, looking, talking to people who spoke English. We had lunch at the restaurant on site.

We found that the woman running the gift shop spoke English. She was able to help us find a bus driver who could bring us back to town. It was a lovely afternoon.
