Hilton Head Island to St. Martin, and Back

Tim arrived in St. Martin on November 20th.

In the meantime, I had much fun while preparing for my return to Tim and Liahona.

My Aunt Maxine had a big

birthday party, which was fantastic! Lots of cousins came down for the celebration. We put on a "Maxine show", where we each dressed up like my Aunt at different stages of her life. She was so surprised!

After the cousins left, we went to a light parade, which was wonderful! My sister and I went to an art show, a party, went shopping, and did "sister stuff".

Finally, Tim arrived in St. Martin, so I flew down to join him. The minute I cleared customs, as I was going for my suitcase, I fell on the hard terrazzo floor. I landed on my hand, my knee, and finally, my tooth. I'm lucky that I only broke my wrist. The EMTs were able to help me into a wheelchair, but not for at least 20 minutes. I was on a lot of pain. They took me to the infirmary, where they bandaged my hand and arm and brought me to a taxi. Thirty minutes later, I was with Tim. The next day we went to the ER for an x-ray. I had four vertical fractures in my Radius and Ulna bones. I had so much trouble and pain getting on and off the boat and the docks, that I decided it was best to go back to Susan's for healing.
