St. Pierre is one of my favorite cities in the Caribbean. It boasts restaurants, patisseries, shops, vegetable markets, a zoo, snorkeling, diving, museums, underwater wrecks/statues, ruins and seaglass. Maggie Arrives in Portsmouth - the Friendliest Little Port in the Caribbean

Maggie was due to arrive on Thursday, but came three days early. She had intended to visit the northern area of Dominica before she boarded Liahona. We signed up for the PAYS Yachting Festival. P.A.Y.S. - Portsmouth Association of Yacht Security is a group of small boaters who provide assistance with moorings, customs/immigration, taxis and tours.
